Haha, this one was more graphic work then anything! Basically the entire site is built around 30-40 images that are called up using a simple javascript - its extremely ugly to look at the code because its so disorganized and muddled, but visually its great! :P

Any size will load into a web editor but the widest you should go is 800px. The smallest monitors and screen resolution possible for viewing websites on the net is 800px wide, so if your site is no more then 800px it's automatically universally viewable :)

Yeah, my encoder really doesn't do text justice... makes it choppy. I'll look into a new one when I do future videos (hopefully soon!)

And... I'm really not sure where I want to go from here. I love working for myself and having freedom to manage my time but i don't like how sporatic the pay is when you work from home - clients give you a down payment and everything but then you don't get any more money until you finish the work. Its frustrating planning things because you don't necessarily know when you'll come into more money again.

As far as teaching goes, I've said it before but I could teach a lot of the classes I'm taking in college right now... the basic fact is that no matter how talented you are you can't teach creativity, and thats really what designers need to know from the start. All the technical skills in the world can't land you a good job because your work will be utterly boring!

I'm doing a one year co-op come next January and I think it'll be what really guides me towards a future path - it might tell me I want to do full time design firm work, it might tell me I hate the office environment, etc... I think I'll inevitably end up continuing my freelance work because I enjoy it so much, but I will definitely need a full time position somewhere doing something!
